Training built around each role, not one generic session for everyone.
A system that's technically correct but nobody actually uses properly isn't a successful implementation. We train by role — what a payroll officer needs is different from what a warehouse supervisor needs — and support the change, not just the click-path.
What happens at this stage
- Role-based training sessions, not one generic all-staff walkthrough
- Reference material built for how each role will actually use the system day to day
- Change support for the process changes training alone doesn't cover
