Capture your company details and primary contact — takes a few minutes.
Verify (KYC)
We collect the registration and identity documents required to know our client, and verify them.
Contacts & users
Nominate your authorised contacts and portal users — including who may receive sensitive data.
Contracts
Service agreements, SLAs and licence schedules issued and signed.
Account active
Your customer account is registered in our systems — support, training and the portal open up.
Once your account is active, KYC is reviewed annually (and when your details change), and your contracts and authorised contacts stay manageable through the client portal.
