About us

Botswana-built. Group-backed. Here since 2009.

AccTech Botswana is a 100% citizen-owned business technology company in Gaborone. We implement and support the systems organisations run on — ERP, payroll, cloud, analytics — and we stay reachable long after go-live.

Who we are

Since 2009 we have provided business-enhancing services to organisations using Sage, Microsoft, Acumatica and PaySpace solutions. The company is 100% citizen owned, registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and the Botswana Qualifications Authority, and led by directors who have worked in Botswana's software industry since the late 1980s.

We are the Botswana affiliate of the 4Sight group ↗ — a JSE-listed technology group whose alliance spans Botswana, Zambia, eSwatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Uganda and Kenya. That gives our clients an unusual combination: decisions made locally, backed by the depth of a multinational bench of accredited consultants.

Our cloud and technology division, Replic8 Cloud Services, hosts what we implement — a pioneer of cloud hosting in Botswana since 2009 and the country's first local Sage Cloud provider — so implementation, hosting and support sit under one accountable roof.

What we stand for

Accountability

Local ownership means the people responsible are in the same city as your problem.

Continuous improvement

Systems, skills and our own methods — reviewed and sharpened after every project.

Excellence

Certified consultants, penalty-backed SLAs, and work we're willing to be measured on.

Partnership

If our customer wins, we win. If our customer loses, we lose. That philosophy is older than our logo.

Integrity

Honest scoping, honest timelines, and a straight answer when something isn't the right fit.

Local capability

We invest in Botswana consultants and developers — building regional skill, not dependency.

Investing in Botswana

Citizen ownership isn't just a compliance line for us — it shapes where the value we create actually lands.

Citizen ownership

100% citizen-owned, registered with the PPRA and the Botswana Qualifications Authority, and led by directors who've worked in Botswana's software industry since the late 1980s. Decisions on hiring, investment and growth are made here, for here.

Local skills investment

We build our bench in Botswana rather than importing it — certifying local consultants and developers on Sage, Acumatica, PaySpace and Microsoft platforms, so expertise stays and compounds in-country instead of depending on outside skills.

Community sponsorship

We back homegrown events that bring Batswana together outdoors — sponsoring category awards at the Giants Adventure Rally in 2024 and 2025.

Leadership

Four directors, four complementary disciplines — financial systems, operations, consulting delivery and cloud — with decades of Botswana software-industry experience between them.

Rob Pool

Managing Director

Rob's Botswana technology career spans nearly four decades. A BCom accountant, he founded Rob Pool Computing in 1989, grew it into RPC Data — listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange in 1999 — and delivered landmark systems including the Botswana Government accounting system and Uganda's IFMIS, with regional offices in Uganda and Zambia. That financial-systems depth, from transaction processing to statutory reporting, is what he brought to founding AccTech Botswana — where client relationships from the 1990s are still on support today.

Lindsay Neilson

Lindsay Neilson

Operations Director

A BCom Accounting & Informatics graduate, Sage 300 ERP and PRINCE2 certified, Lindsay has spent more than two decades implementing and supporting business systems across financial services, retail, mining and manufacturing — collecting several industry awards along the way. As Operations Director he serves as project director and solution advisor on major implementations, and remains the first call for many long-standing clients.

Mmoloki Nthoiwa

Mmoloki Nthoiwa

Consulting Services Director

Mmoloki holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and four Sage certifications — Sage 300 ERP, Sage CRM, Sage RMS and InfoCentral — backed by deep Crystal Reports and SQL Server expertise. With AccTech Botswana from its earliest days as a consultant, he became a major shareholder in 2021 and today leads consulting services: project and portfolio delivery, and the user training that makes systems stick.

Thabo Le Fleur

Thabo Le Fleur

Director — Cloud & Technology

Thabo's path runs from systems analyst and administrator roles into Replic8 Cloud Services in 2014, where as Operations Manager he engineered the scalable, high-availability platform that made Replic8 a pioneer of cloud hosting in Botswana — and the country's first local Sage Cloud provider. A BSc Computing graduate of The Open University, he became a shareholder in 2021 and leads the group's cloud and technology division, which still proudly trades as Replic8.
