• This quotation is valid for 14 days — prices are exclusive of VAT.
• An invoice will be sent on receipt of signed proposal. All training payment terms are COD and should be paid prior to training commencement.
• AccTech Botswana (Pty) Ltd reserve the right to change the training schedule at any time. The above prices are based on group training.
• The course duration is an estimate and could vary according to levels of experience of the group.
• Each delegate will receive an attendance certificate upon completion and payment of the course. If training is not paid prior to the training, the client will be contacted to collect the certificate as soon as payment has been received.
• All faxed/e-mailed bookings will be regarded as confirmed bookings and will be legally binding.
• This training may be rescheduled five (5) business days prior to the start of the class. No refunds will be done for training cancelled.
• No transfers to other dates or courses allowed.
• Failure to notify AccTech Botswana Training of any changes to the above conditions within the specified time will result in a rescheduling fee of 50% of the VAT-inclusive rate for rescheduled delegates and 100% of the VAT-inclusive rate upon cancellation of said training.
• We apply a zero-tolerance principle for failure to arrive without notice. 100% of the fee is payable should a learner not arrive or cancel on the day of course commencement.
• Includes training material in electronic format unless otherwise specified, secure parking, tea/coffee/juice, biscuits and lunch (lunch value BWP 150.00). Any additional lunch cost will be invoiced to the client — please inform us of dietary requirements or additional catering needs prior to training. Any additional costs incurred will be invoiced with the training and are payable immediately. Refreshments and lunch are only provided for training held at AccTech premises.
• The student hereby acknowledges that they have read the pre-requisites for the course(s) listed above, and understands that it is up to them to ensure these criteria are met before attending. AccTech Botswana (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible in the event that the student is unable to complete the course if the pre-requisites have not been met — refer to our website or request a formal outline.
• AccTech Botswana Training shall not be held liable for any damages (injury, theft, etc.) suffered as a result of an accident occurring on its premises, and the student/company hereby indemnifies the company against any such occurrence.

Payment

• At contract signing, the total value of the quotation is payable.
• Payment of training must be received to secure the booking.
