All stages
Our Methodology · Stage 05
Data entered once, not re-typed into three systems.
A new core system rarely stands alone. We connect it to the surrounding systems it needs to talk to — payroll, CRM, banking, reporting, e-commerce — so information is captured once and flows automatically instead of being re-keyed.
What happens at this stage
- Integration build against the architecture agreed in the design stage
- End-to-end testing of each data flow, including failure and retry behaviour
- Documentation of every integration point for future support and troubleshooting
What you get
- Working integrations between the new system and the surrounding landscape
- An integration reference document
Why it matters
Re-keyed data is where errors and delay creep in. Integration work is what turns a system implementation into a connected landscape — see "One core, every system in orbit" on the homepage for the shape of what this typically looks like.
