Configuration and migration, reconciled to the cent before go-live.
This is where the signed-off design becomes a working system: configuration against the agreed blueprint, and data migration that's reconciled — not just "loaded" — before anyone trusts it.
What happens at this stage
- System configuration against the approved solution design
- Data migration in staged passes, with reconciliation against source records at each pass
- Test cycles covering the process maps from the analysis stage, not just happy-path demos
- A formal reconciliation sign-off before go-live is scheduled
What you get
- A configured, tested environment
- A signed reconciliation report the client's finance team can stand behind
Why it matters
"The numbers matched in testing" and "the numbers are reconciled and signed off" are different standards. We hold ourselves to the second one.
