All stages
Our Methodology · Stage 03
A blueprint you approve before a single screen gets configured.
We turn discovery and analysis into a concrete solution design — how the system will be configured, what changes for each role, and how data will move between systems — and get it signed off before any configuration work begins.
What happens at this stage
- Solution blueprint mapped directly to the process maps from the analysis stage
- Role-by-role "what changes for you" documentation
- Integration and reporting design agreed up front, not improvised later
- A formal sign-off checkpoint — the client approves the design before build starts
What you get
- A signed-off solution design document
- An integration and reporting architecture diagram
Why it matters
Configuration work is expensive to redo. A design sign-off checkpoint means rework happens on paper, before it costs build time.
