All stages
Our Methodology · Stage 02
We map how work actually happens — not how the manual says it should.
Every business has an official process and a real one. We document the real one: the spreadsheet that quietly does the job a system was supposed to do, the manual step nobody wrote down, the exception that happens every month.
What happens at this stage
- Process mapping session by department, with the people who do the work
- Data audit — what exists, where it lives, how clean it is, what will need migrating
- Gap analysis between current-state process and what the target system supports out of the box
- Flagging integration points with systems that are staying in place
What you get
- Process maps for each affected department
- A data-migration scope and quality assessment
Why it matters
An honest analysis phase is what prevents a go-live surprise — the workaround nobody mentioned, the report finance can't live without, the integration assumed to "just work."
