All stages
Our Methodology · Stage 01
We start by listening, not pitching.
Before we name a product or draw a solution, we spend time understanding how the business actually runs today — its systems, its people, its pressure points, and the constraints that any solution will have to live inside.
What happens at this stage
- Stakeholder interviews across finance, operations and the teams who will use the system daily
- A walkthrough of current systems, spreadsheets and manual workarounds — not just the org chart
- Identifying the real constraints: budget, timeline, compliance, existing vendor relationships
- Surfacing the problems the business hasn't fully named yet, not just the ones on the RFP
What you get
- A discovery summary the client can sanity-check before we propose anything
- A short list of the constraints that will shape every later decision
Why it matters
Most implementation risk is set in the first two weeks, not the last two. Skipping discovery to get to a demo faster is how projects end up solving the wrong problem well.
