All stages
Our Methodology · Stage 07
A planned cutover, with a rollback path and us in the room.
Go-live is planned like an event with a rollback path, not treated as a formality. We're present for the cutover itself and the days immediately after, when real usage surfaces things testing didn't.
What happens at this stage
- A documented cutover plan with a defined rollback path if something goes wrong
- On-site or remote hypercare presence through go-live and the first live cycle
- Rapid-response triage for anything that surfaces once real users and real volumes hit the system
What you get
- A completed, reconciled cutover
- A hypercare log of anything found and resolved in the first live cycle
Why it matters
The first payroll run, the first month-end close, the first live order — these are where an implementation is actually proven, not the sign-off meeting before them.
