Connected to your back office
Forms and enquiries route straight into Acumatica, Sage CRM or the CRM you already run — the same integration work we do for ERP and payroll, applied to the website.
A website enquiry form that just sends an email is a dead end the moment your team gets busy: nothing tracks it, nothing follows up automatically, and nothing proves it happened. We route web forms and enquiries directly into Acumatica CRM, Sage CRM or whichever CRM you already run, using the same API integration work we do for ERP and payroll systems, so a website lead becomes a CRM record the moment it's submitted, not an email someone has to remember to action.
This also means the website stops being a separate island of data. Whatever validation, deduplication and required-field logic your CRM already enforces applies to web submissions too, and your sales or support team sees the enquiry in the tool they already work in, with no manual re-entry step for anyone to skip when the week gets busy.
This site is our own work: designed, built and deployed by our team. We build websites and web applications for clients the same way — fast, secure, and hosted on the cloud platform that fits the project (Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure, Firebase, or another provider) rather than a single fixed stack — with the same lead-capture and back-office integration discipline we build into your ERP.
Design & build
Marketing sites, client portals and web applications designed and built in-house — from a single landing page to a multi-page site with forms, integrations and content management.
Cloud hosting, matched to the project
Deployed on the platform that fits — Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure, Firebase or another cloud provider — so hosting decisions follow the project's actual requirements, not a fixed stack.
Kept running after launch
Monitoring, backups, updates and support after go-live — a website is a system like any other, and we treat it like one.
How much does a website cost?
The honest answer is a range driven by five factors: how many pages, custom design versus template, who produces the content, whether you need e-commerce or payments, and what it must integrate with. Separate the build cost from the running cost — hosting, domain and upkeep continue after launch. And beware the cheap-builder trap: a site that costs little, converts poorly and can't connect to anything is not cheap.
How long does it take to build?
A standard business site takes four to eight weeks; e-commerce or heavy integration longer. The trust-building truth agencies rarely say: the most common delay is the client's own content — copy, photos and approvals — not development. We plan for that, and we can launch core pages first and grow the site in phases.
Isn't a contact form enough — why connect the site to a CRM?
Because speed-to-lead decides conversions, and inbox-bound enquiries wait. Connected to your CRM, every enquiry lands in the pipeline instantly with full attribution — which page, which campaign — and follow-up happens by system, not memory. You are reading the proof: every form on this site posts straight into our CRM.
Can we update the site ourselves — and who owns it?
Yes and you, respectively. Content-managed sites let your team edit pages without a developer, and ownership of the domain, hosting, code and content is written into the agreement — because we have seen what happens to businesses whose agency owned their website. Handover is part of the deliverable, not a negotiation.
