Platforms
PulaSign

Paperwork, minus the paper.

PulaSign is our own electronic signature platform. Send a document, get it signed from any phone, and keep proof that stands up. Print, sign, scan and chase becomes one link.

Three steps
Step 1

Drop it in

Upload a PDF or Word file and mark where each person signs, initials or fills in a date.

Step 2

Send the link

Signers open it on their phone with just an email address. No app to install and no account to create.

Step 3

Keep the proof

Once everyone has signed you get the sealed document and a certificate recording who signed, when and how.

What PulaSign gives you

Proof that holds up

Consent, identity checks and every action land on a tamper-evident audit trail, with a completion certificate per document.

Anyone can verify it

A public verification page confirms a PulaSign document is genuine and unaltered. The person checking needs no account.

Sign-off that keeps moving

Signing order, approval chains, automatic reminders and hand-over to a colleague, so a contract never stalls in someone's inbox.

Templates and bulk send

Save the documents you send every week as templates, and send one document to a whole list of signers in a single step.

Email and SMS notifications

Signers are reached where they actually look. Each company chooses its own notification channels.

Contract negotiation

Split a contract into numbered clauses, then comment, propose, accept or counter with the other party, with approval limits that escalate automatically.

Why PulaSign

Built here, for here

Designed and built in Gaborone by AccTech, for how business in Botswana actually works: mobile first, low data, and no account needed to sign.

Connects to your ERP

Company API keys, document lookup by your own reference and a signed completion webhook let Acumatica, Sage Intacct or any in-house system send documents and file them back once signed.

Your data, kept apart

Every company's documents are isolated twice, in the application and in the database itself, and stored in Microsoft Azure's South Africa North region.

Questions we hear
Is an electronic signature legally valid in Botswana?

Yes. Botswana's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act recognises electronic signatures, and PulaSign records consent, identity checks and every action so you can show how a document was signed. A small number of documents still have formal requirements of their own, so if you are unsure about a particular document type, ask us or your legal adviser.

Do the people signing need a PulaSign account?

No. Signers receive a link and sign on their phone or computer with just an email address. Only the people sending documents need an account.

Can we send documents straight from Acumatica or Sage Intacct?

Yes. PulaSign has an integration API built for exactly this: your ERP sends the document, tags it with its own reference, and receives a signed notification when everyone has signed. We implement these integrations as part of our ERP work.

How is PulaSign priced?

Per document sent, never per user, so adding colleagues costs nothing. There is a free trial with no card required, and discounted pricing for non-profits and education. Tell us roughly how many documents you send a month and we will send you the price list.
